Reservation Conditions
All the bookings made or asked by the Guest will be considered as a personal wish to purchase a room or a service . Any purchase contract will be considerd agreed between the Guest and Help in Rome till:
Alll bookings rules are correctly followed
The system has confirmed the booking with an e/mail to the Guest
The booking sholud be garantied with a valid credit card.The online booking system do not require an immediate payment of the purchase. immediato della .The payment is not on line but the Guest will pay directly in the hotel on check out . The credit card numbers are required only to guarantee the booking.
The hotel will reserve the rights to verify the credit card data given from the Guest 24 hours prior to arrival trought the system " First night authorization", offered from the major Credid Card's systems.This system book a "plafond" ( equal to 1 night stay). The charging of that amount will be on only if the Guest will do " no Show" or the when the " Cancellation policy" is out of terms.
Voucher:
Booking realized.The Guest must print the electronic confirmation which contains whole details.This confirmation is the proof of the booking and should be presented on arrival to the choosed hotel.The Guest must check all booking's details in order to receive the services as required on the confirmation.
In case of real error, The Guest must contact immediately Help in Rome by e/MAIL to info@helpinrome.com for a prompt correction.

Cancellations:
The cancellation without cost can be made before 48 hours prior to arrival directly on www.helpinrome.com "Customer's Area", with reservation number and password received by email on confirmation. The Guest must send also an e/mail to info@helpinrome.com to notify the cancellation. Help in Rome will charge 1 night to Guest if cancellations are made after that time (24 hours) or the "no show" of the Guest.
